I love this warm breeze currently blowing at me... Something like out of school? You know it. I believe strongly in everything I write about. Alright, I guess I'm going to take a tad of a stab at all this profile nonsensicals...  Credit: XxescapingfatexX So, what to say. em ay are why . Name's Mary, but many call me Maymay. Sixteen years of age, finally! Been told my inner age or whatever is, like, ancient, though. I'm quite cold, as my mum tells me, and apparently don't normally like people (which is mostly true). I'm not sure what she's talking about cos I tend to be very loving.  Credit: karina I looooove Disney (and Disney Channel especially), British and Irish accents, EVERY type of music, and writing and, yes, music are my two biggest passions. I've been writing since the fifth grade, and have one original book (out of ten) finished, but fanfictions, oh mannnnn. I write on many different places, but I am always drawn back to the bandoms. I just can't help it. Le boyzz of Avenged Sevenfold have always been a huge adoration for me. I started writing about them in 2004, but was on/off for about two years before I finally just called it quits, then came back and I've been obsessively writing it since about January '08. It's an obsession that I'm never going to be able to rid myself of. Thank gosh. Harry Potter fanfiction was huge for me for quite a while, too. It still is, although not as largely now that I’m focusing more on my books and a7x fanfics. I started writing HP fanfics in 2004, too, but left the site I was on for about a year after a year’s writing. When I came back, it was for a short period before my infamous six month absence. I returned due to one particular reader named Dan who is one of my absolute favorite people ever. He’s truly a sweetheart. I announced another leave, but, since then, I’ve been back and posting sporadically. While there, conversely, I wrote mainly LJ pairings, although I’ve been known to sneak in Sirius/OC pairings many times. Of course, Remus/OC has made many peeks, too. I have a few stories up right now, one being a Lily/OC, one being a Fred/OC, and another just my take on different things. One-shots are huge for me on there, and I almost always write them according to songs. As far as the substance of my writing, I'm just going to come out as a flat out cocky little bitch and say that I think I'm good. Why such confidence? Because, truly, I'm probably the shyest, most self-conscious person you will ever meet, and I hardly think I can actually write well. But, I've got this friend, Maggie, who yells the shit at me if I say I don't write well, so I've given up on that complaint. And, besides, complainers are no fun. So, music. I play the guitar, flute, bass, and the drums. kaBAM. I've been playing the flute since the fifth grade, the guitar since the sixth grade, and the drums and bass since the eighth grade. Kickbutt, right? I know. I like ALL music. Seriously, I listen to Metallica and Backstreet Boys, Cradle of Filth and Clay Aiken, My Chemical Romance and Lifehouse, Blaqk Audio and McFly, Glassjaw and Mika. I just love it all. Even country. Gasp! However, there are four bands that are the most incredible EVER. Avenged Sevenfold, My Chemical Romance, Linkin Park, and Mest. Well, not including The Venetia Fair, of course. Okay, back to writing. In the fifth grade, there was this colossal event that happened. My teacher, Mrs. Ryan, gave us a paper that was not finished, so I asked to take it home and finish it. That’s what started my career. I wrote a series that I know look back upon and just laugh about. It was called the “Elizabeth Series”. Quite interesting, I must say. After that, I stopped writing originals until the eighth grade. However, since end of the sixth grade, I’d been forming ideas about a book I knew I’d write some day in the future. It’s weird, but I stopped writing originals for a full two and a half years before I finally sat down and began the journey that is now The Legendary Baebonu. I finished that during August before my sophomore year in high school, and am currently working on the second book, The Gathering, and others from the chronicles. Since I started it, it’s just been… endless. Beautiful. Now, I’m going to transition not so smoothly into the ever-lovely world of bandoms… I don't care what people say, and, you know what, I totally agree with the fact that Synacky is the most overwritten pairing ever. But, also, Bratt is not happening. Sorry. Matt is so fucking straight, it’s not even funny. Plus, Val’s amazing. But, dude, you know what's ridiculously hot? Synoby. Oh, hell yes. I mean, other than the fact that Jacoby is the most adorable person in the world, and the fact that Brian is just mouth-watering and perfect, them together is something else. But, yeah, Synacky is hhhhhott with a hidden German accent, man. And, truth be told, if I ever try my hand at Bratt, it'll be angsty and unrequited. Sorry. I just can't see it. But, as far as slash goes, I'm strictly sticking to Avenged Sevenfold. Course, I've got my own original going with these lovely little boys, but that's beside the point. That original, however, is something else. I never really work well in non-fantasy worlds, but I’m trying it. I’m working on fixating my talent upon an Earth-driven, homosexual pairing, rocker kind of world. I actually really love it, and I come up with ideas for it all the time. I do do (do do) other fanfictions a lot. I also write for the following bandoms: Jonas Brothers, Good Charlotte, My Chemical Romance, Goo Goo Dolls, Simple Plan, and Mest. However, the only ones I currently write are JB and a7x. Sorry. So, wrapping up, there are probably a few things that will always remain constant in my life: Maggie is my best friend and is the one you should all thank, Avenged Sevenfold, Linkin Park, and My Chemical Romance are the greatest bands ever, Mest (especially Tony) has a special place in my heart, I have random bursts of obsessions that tend to lead to lots of fanfictions that never end, I owe everything to Good Charlotte, Benny Santoro is the most amazing man ever and I love him, books are my best friends and some smell really, really, REALLY freaking good, and writing is, quite simply, my life.
